ABOUT THE VENDOR

Beard Apothecary, LLC was founded by husband-and-wife team John and Tanya Aldi. After serving 25 years with the Connecticut Department of Correction, John retired and the couple moved to Irmo,South Carolina in 2019 to begin a new chapter. For the first time, John was finally able to grow out his beard—something he could never do during his career. 

That simple change became the spark that inspired Beard Apothecary. Beard Apothecary sprouted from the stubble of John’s retirement and his love for Tanya, the fearless better half with a nose for comfort and an aversion to scratchy kisses.

In 2024, what started as a personal search for better beard care transformed into a small-batch, handcrafted grooming brand built on quality, integrity, and premium natural ingredients. Our original Beard Butters and Beard Oils quickly expanded into a full line that now includes Mustache Wax, Beard Wash, Conditioner, and our newest release: Ever Inked Tattoo Balm.
